Education and experience: Martin holds an MBA at the Stockholm School of Economics. He is the co-founder of A3P Biomedical AB and one of the company’s largest owners. Martin has more than 15 years’ experience of working in interface between academia and industry. His former positions include Investment Manager with the venture capital firm Litorina Kapital and Manager with Arthur D. Little.

Education and experience: David holds an MSc in Economics from University of Gothenburg. He has more than 25 years’ experience from the medical device industry, including senior international positions at Getinge and Cantel Medical. At Getinge, David held commercial leadership positions in Europe and Asia-Pacific. At Cantel Medical, he was the President for Continental Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific. David also brings start-up and entrepreneurial experience from Neoventa and Cellectricon.

Born 1966. Board Member since 2021.

Education and experience: Cecilia has a B.Sc. in Finance and Economics at the Stockholm School of Economics. Cecilia has extensive experience of operational work in senior positions in several industries. She is a Board member of Flerie Invest AB and Neonode Inc, as well as an Advisory Board Member of the European Patient Safety Foundation (EUPSF). She previously served as CEO and Board member of Bactiguard AB, a Swedish company focused on infection prevention with a global footprint, and thus has good insight into the Life Science industry at a growth company active in an international context.

Born 1973. VP Marketing and Sales since 2022.

Education and experience: Andreas holds an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Technical University of Denmark, and an MBA from Henley Management College. He has worked for 25 years in life science, medical devices and diagnostics, including senior roles within sales and marketing at Agilent and Thermo Fisher Scientific. In these positions, Andreas has been responsible for several significant market introductions of new technology platforms. He has strong international experience, and has worked extensively in both Europe, the US and in Asia-Pacific. Early in his career, Andreas also had start-up experience from positions at Personal Chemistry and Biotage.

Born 1976. Director Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs since 2021.

Education and experience: Maria holds an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Pharmaceuticals at Uppsala University. She has 17 years’ experience within product development and manufacturing and related quality and regulatory requirements within the medical device industry. Previous employers include AstraZeneca, Nobel Biocare and Implantica. Most recently, she was VP Regulatory Affairs and Quality at Handicare Group.

Born 1969. Vice President Research and Development since 2020.

Education and experience: Ola holds an MSc at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm. He is the co-founder of A3P Biomedical AB and one of the company’s largest owners. Ola has more than 15 years’ experience of working in the interface between academia and industry, including project manager for STHLM3 at Karolinska Institutet. He has expertise within IT and health logistics, and his former positions also include engagement manager at McKinsey & Co.
